Prediction Markets Trader (Digital Assets)

Location: New York or Hong Kong; hybrid workplace. For candidates based in Hong Kong, the role is remote with occasional travel to hirify.global offices.

What you will do

• Monitor and trade prediction markets in real time across Kalshi, Polymarket, and other venues.
• Implement trading strategies across sports, upDown markets, elections, weather, and other categories.
• Build and improve the full prediction markets technology stack as part of a greenfield project.
• Provide trading coverage during major events, including evenings and weekends when market activity is heightened.
• Trade, code, analyze data, and collaborate to improve business results and P&L.

Requirements

• Strong Python skills with 1–3 years of experience gained through work, study, or personal projects; technical skills will be tested.
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills; these will be tested.
• Demonstrated interest in prediction markets through personal trading, following developments, or contributing to discussions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an owner mentality focused on business results and P&L.
• Determination, ambition, humility, willingness to work hard, and ability to collaborate in a meritocratic environment.
