What you will do

• Perform financial due diligence as part of a team for clients acquiring businesses.
• Identify and analyze business and financial risks and opportunities for strategic and private equity buyers and sellers.
• Analyze target company data to determine quality of earnings and working capital considerations.
• Manage multiple projects of varying size and complexity simultaneously.
• Participate in client meetings and site visits, interacting directly with C-level management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of public accounting experience, preferably within a transaction advisory role.
• Strong current knowledge of U.S. GAAP and familiarity with the M&A process.
• Must be based in the United States (indicated by US-specific benefits and GAAP requirements).
• Exceptional professional communication skills for interacting with executive leadership.

Nice to have

• Active CPA certification or currently pursuing one.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong project management capabilities.
