TL;DR

Location: Mississauga, Canada – Meadowvale Office (HQ) (Hybrid)

Salary: $112,000 to $140,000 annually

What you will do

  • Develop and execute content strategy and calendar aligned with business goals, marketing campaigns, and buyer journey stages.
  • Produce and oversee high-quality content including video concepts/scripts, blogs, social posts, web/email content, optimized for SEO and brand guidelines.
  • Lead video and YouTube strategies to boost brand visibility and qualified leads, collaborating with creative teams.
  • Monitor performance with analytics tools, report on KPIs like engagement/traffic/leads, and optimize based on data and trends.
  • Coach and develop content creators, establish workflows/timelines/standards for high-performing team output.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, demand gen, PR, and creative teams for cohesive messaging.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • 7+ years in content strategy or digital marketing, preferably tech/SaaS/EMM/MDM.
  • Proven experience creating lead-driving content, expertise in video/YouTube management.
  • Excellent writing/editing/storytelling skills, familiarity with SEO, analytics, marketing automation.
  • Strong leadership to scale high-growth content teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Understanding of enterprise IT trends and B2B demand generation.

Nice to have

  • Experience with B2B SaaS marketing and social media best practices/trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/deadlines.
  • Experience with project management tools like ClickUp or Asana.
