Location: Oakville, Ontario, Canada (Hybrid)

Salary: $104,400 - $135,700 CAD

What you will do

  • Define end-to-end lifecycle content strategy across onboarding, adoption, retention, expansion, and advocacy stages.
  • Develop and maintain message hierarchies and value narratives that evolve with customer maturity.
  • Design reusable content frameworks to enable scale across regions, segments, and channels.
  • Partner with the Marketing Automation Lead to align content to event-driven journeys and behavioral triggers.
  • Translate lifecycle strategy into clear content briefs for shared services, including Content, Learning, and Localization teams.
  • Analyze content effectiveness and recommend optimizations based on engagement and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • 5-8 years of experience in content strategy, lifecycle marketing, or customer marketing.
  • Proven ability to design scalable content systems and frameworks across regions and segments.
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS customer lifecycles and value storytelling.
  • Experience working with marketing automation and behavioral triggers.
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada and pass a background check.

  • Certifications in Content Strategy, UX Writing, or Marketing.
