Salary: $124,900–$228,900 USD

What you will do

• Design and build systems to orchestrate omnichannel advertising, ensuring a unified narrative from first impression to conversion.
• Partner with identity, measurement, and bidding teams to integrate capabilities into cohesive solutions.
• Own projects end-to-end, from initial design through production rollout and ongoing operation.
• Translate ambiguous business requirements into concrete technical designs and execution plans.
• Deliver high-quality changes supported by automated tests, metrics, and monitoring.
• Mentor other engineers and contribute to a culture of trust, ownership, and technical excellence.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Strong experience with distributed systems and backend development in C#, Java, or Python.
• Solid understanding of computer science and engineering fundamentals.
• Ability to work effectively in an agile, distributed team across multiple time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience with large-scale data processing using Spark, Airflow, Kafka, or Flink.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes and Terraform.
• Experience in ad tech or with real-time bidding systems.
• Exposure to cross-channel measurement or identity resolution.
