What you will do

• Take ownership of data pipelines, integrations, and marketing automation features from requirements through production deployment.
• Design, build, and optimize scalable solutions using Databricks and AWS to support targeted fan engagement campaigns.
• Lead technical design discussions and participate in code reviews as a subject matter expert.
• Monitor production systems, troubleshoot issues across distributed environments, and participate in on-call rotations.
• Drive improvements to system performance, scalability, and reliability while reducing technical debt.
• Document technical designs, data flows, and procedures to support team knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Strong back-end development experience using Java, Python, and SQL.
• Experience with system architectures using Amazon Web Services.
• Strong experience with relational databases, including complex SQL and schema optimization.
• Experience building data pipelines, ETL processes, or system integrations in production.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with HTML and CSS.
• Experience working with Databricks or similar data processing platforms.
