What you will do

• Support listed and private funds across all compliance and regulatory matters
• Review firm compliance policies and procedures in line with regulatory changes
• Scope and prepare annual Compliance Monitoring Plan and Operational Risk Monitoring Plan
• Support annual review of Risk Assessments at fund and asset level
• Review service provider AML frameworks for compliance
• Update and review PLC PRIIPS KIDs and EMTs

Requirements

• 4+ years in Compliance Generalist positions within a Fund Manager
• AIFM experience ideally within private infrastructure markets
• Understanding of FCA and UK regulatory environment
• Private Assets experience and understanding (massive plus)
