What you will do

• Manage the complete data lifecycle, including generation, ETL pipelines, and data enablement to ensure integrity and accessibility.
• Evaluate and optimize technical data architecture, including storage, integrations, and analytics platforms.
• Define product roadmaps and prioritize tasks by collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.
• Analyze data types, relationships, and trends to enhance the utilization of data assets.
• Lead cross-functional teams of data scientists and engineers to deliver high-quality data products.
• Support the integration of AI into team workflows to increase overall performance and efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven background in the data and analytics domain.
• Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong strategic thinking and a product-centric mindset.
• English: Excellent communication skills (C1+) required.
• Location: Must be based in the UK.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure Cloud Platform services and cloud data migration.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and applications.
• Proficiency with tools such as Hubspot, Workday, Segment, or Braze.
• Experience in Data Platforms, Visualization, or Migration.
