What you will do

• Identify and improve pricing and client services processes from computational or mathematical perspectives
• Map workflows and design efficient, scalable alternatives with development teams
• Articulate business logic, actuarial calculations, and data transformations for solution design
• Support replacement of EUCs with robust tools using shared data assets
• Maintain testing and regression packs for reliable tool releases
• Collaborate with teams on technology direction and support pricing/client services with tools and training

Requirements

• Qualified actuary or equivalent experience
• Experience with actuarial pricing models and financial/insurance data
• Ability to translate business requirements into specifications and user stories
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on process improvement
• Experience in agile or cross-functional teams
• Programming experience (Python, R, C#, or similar) or willingness to develop it
• Familiarity with data models, querying (SQL), and data management
• Clear communication with stakeholders
