Salary: 4,500 - 6,000 USD per month

What you will do

• Design, develop, and test features across the entire application stack.
• Collaborate with product managers to translate customer problems into technical solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Improve CI/CD workflows, automation, and developer experience (DevEx).
• Perform code reviews and share knowledge within the distributed team.
• Utilize data and metrics to inform implementation and measure impact.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Must be based in Poland.
• Strong proficiency in at least one modern language (Go, Python, Java, TypeScript, or Ruby).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and Git.
• Familiarity with AWS and cloud environments.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English.

• Ability to leverage AI tools to improve engineering workflows.
• Experience delivering small epics end-to-end.
