What you will do

• Deliver GFS R2R tasks and provide progress updates on risks and mitigants to stakeholders.
• Transition acquired entities' processes (GL, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Leases) into hirify.global systems.
• Provide access and training on accounting systems to finance teams of acquired entities.
• Develop and execute post-integration plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Enhance team operating rhythms using the Empower+ maturity framework.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in GL, FA, CM, IC modules, or Project Management.
• Strong grasp of accounting fundamentals and ability to identify risk areas.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage time and resources independently to meet deadlines.
