What you will do

• Oversee regional financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance aligned with corporate and local standards.
• Analyze financial results and provide actionable insights to leadership to drive profitability and growth.
• Establish and maintain strong internal controls, risk management, and corporate governance.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and local tax laws.
• Drive automation and accuracy through the enhancement of financial systems and ERP utilization.
• Support M&A due diligence and financial assessments for company expansion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is required.
• 8+ years of experience, including 3+ years in Big 4 audit and regional finance leadership.
• Deep expertise in IFRS, GAAP, and multi-market regulatory frameworks.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel.
• Strong communication skills to influence non-finance stakeholders.
