Location: Hybrid in Tel Aviv, Israel (Flex: 1-3 days/week in office or Office-Based: 4-5 days/week)

What you will do

• Build and scale high-performance components within a trusted CRM platform using modern engineering practices.
• Lead all phases of the SDLC, including architecture, design, implementation, and testing.
• Design and orchestrate complex systems where AI agents integrate seamlessly into human workflows.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the engineering team.
• Develop and maintain a shared system context to ensure AI reliability and security.
• Critically evaluate AI-generated and human code for correctness, quality, security, and performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Deep knowledge of OOP and scripting languages: Java, Python, Scala, C#, Go, Node, or C++.
• Proven understanding of web technologies (JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, XML, JSON, Ajax).
• Experience developing SaaS products on public cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proven experience designing and developing distributed systems at scale.
• A demonstrated AI-first approach using tools like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor and advanced prompt engineering skills.

Nice to have

• Technical expertise in Generative AI, specifically RAG systems and Agentic workflows.
• Experience with Big-Data, ML, and S3.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka, Elastic Search, Terraform, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, multinational organization.
