What you will do

• Drive strategic AI initiatives, influencing product vision and the overall customer experience.
• Develop and maintain the entire codebase, covering both backend services and frontend interfaces.
• Own features end-to-end, from initial product and tech design through to production and usage.
• Collaborate within a high-velocity agile full-stack squad to deliver high-quality updates.
• Mentor and inspire team members to ensure a fabulous user experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in both backend and frontend development.
• Proficiency with backend frameworks and languages such as Ruby on Rails, Python, or Node.js.
• Strong experience with at least one frontend framework: React, Angular, AngularJS, or Vue.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
• A passion for AI tools and leveraging them to build smarter user experiences.

Nice to have

• Practical experience developing and deploying features using LLMs, including prompt engineering, evaluation strategies, and performance optimization.
