What you will do

• Lead a fullstack team through the entire product lifecycle from ideation to production deployment.
• Build high-performance applications and automation systems using modern cloud infrastructure.
• Drive continuous improvement by devising and measuring A/B tests on user-acquisition flows.
• Collaborate with product, design, marketing, and security teams to deliver robust solutions.
• Contribute code and conduct design reviews while staying hands-on with technical challenges.
• Research and experiment with new technologies and architectures to ensure scalable solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in Tel-Aviv, Israel
• 2+ years of team lead experience and 5+ years in fullstack development.
• Expertise in React, React Native, TypeScript, and Python.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms and tools including GCP, GKE, MySQL, Redis, and BigQuery.
• Proven track record of leading projects from concept to production.
• Experience with web analytics, user journeys, and A/B testing.
