Location: Hybrid in Raanana, Israel (hirify.global-FLEX model: 2 days office, 3 days remote)

What you will do

• Build end-to-end features across the full stack (frontend and backend) with increasing autonomy.
• Utilize AI tools (Claude, Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT) to generate code, debug issues, and accelerate development.
• Contribute to AI-driven product features and internal engineering workflows.
• Develop scalable systems on top of cloud infrastructure (AWS) using modern architectures.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with a strong focus on performance.
• Collaborate with senior engineers while independently driving technical solutions.

Requirements

• B.Sc./B.E/B.Eng in Computer Science or equivalent with strong academic results.
• 1+ years of professional experience or a strong project background.
• Strong fundamentals in OOP, OOD, data structures, algorithms, and system thinking.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (Claude, Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT) for development is a core requirement.
• Hands-on experience building RESTful APIs with Java.
• Fluent English proficiency.
