Senior DevOps Engineer (Azure / Terraform)

Location: Remote (Tower of London)

£550–£650 per day

What you will do

• Design, build, and manage Azure infrastructure using Terraform
• Develop and maintain CI/CD workflows with GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps
• Improve platform reliability, observability, and security
• Take ownership of infrastructure and deployment processes
• Collaborate with engineers to embed scalable DevOps practices
• Mentor team on infrastructure, automation, and platform engineering

Requirements

• Experienced DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on Terraform and Azure (AKS, networking, identity, storage)
• Solid experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines, ideally Azure DevOps
• Strong scripting (Bash, Python, or PowerShell)
• Experience with monitoring and observability (Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor)
• Ability to operate hands-on in a small, fast-paced team
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to have

• Azure certifications (AZ-400, AZ-104)
• Experience with policy-as-code (OPA, Sentinel) and secrets management
