What you will do
- Manage client accounts throughout the entire lifecycle, from initial onboarding to renewal.
- Provide technical, business, and product guidance to clients in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Handle the preparation of quotes, agreements, and NDAs to ensure a smooth onboarding journey.
- Research and identify potential prospects based on strategic development goals.
- Execute targeted outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to secure meetings with key prospects.
- Introduce new features to clients and manage the communication surrounding new releases.
Requirements
- Great command of English and Chinese.
- Demonstrated experience in Account Management, Sales Operations, or a similar sales role.
- Proficiency in CRM pipeline management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, developing environment.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, financial services, compliance, or i-gaming is a significant plus.
