What you will do

  • Manage client accounts throughout the entire lifecycle, from initial onboarding to renewal.
  • Provide technical, business, and product guidance to clients in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Handle the preparation of quotes, agreements, and NDAs to ensure a smooth onboarding journey.
  • Research and identify potential prospects based on strategic development goals.
  • Execute targeted outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to secure meetings with key prospects.
  • Introduce new features to clients and manage the communication surrounding new releases.

Requirements

  • Great command of English and Chinese.
  • Demonstrated experience in Account Management, Sales Operations, or a similar sales role.
  • Proficiency in CRM pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, developing environment.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, financial services, compliance, or i-gaming is a significant plus.
