What you will do

• Manage operational and analytical tasks independently from goal setting to execution.
• Analyze statistics and key partner metrics to identify quality improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement content sufficiency and quality strategies with stakeholders.
• Manage partners and handle complex requests using Bitrix CRM.
• Contribute to the improvement of internal tools, reporting, and partner guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve efficiency and cost optimization.

Requirements

• Fluency in Chinese (C1), Russian (C1), and English (B2).
• Experience in negotiating and working with contractors, partners, and handling claims.
• Confident work with data using Google Sheets and Excel.
• Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Excellent communication skills.
