TL;DR
Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Identifying and developing new business opportunities through outbound prospecting in the Greater China region with an accent on pipeline growth and B2B lead generation. Focus on cold calling, managing opportunities in Salesforce, and collaborating with Account Executives to expand market reach.
Location: Taipei, Taiwan. Must be based in Taipei and have sponsorship to live and work there. Hybrid work: 3 days per week in office.

What you will do
- Prospect the assigned territory to identify and qualify new business leads.
- Convert incoming leads into sales opportunities.
- Manage calls, leads, and opportunities accurately using Salesforce.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and the Marketing team.
- Maintain accurate records of lead conversion and pipeline success metrics.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a sales, business, or entrepreneurial role.
- Native or bilingual proficiency in Chinese.
- Business level proficiency in English.
- Experience with B2B sales, prospecting, and cold calling.
- Must be based in Taipei with valid work sponsorship.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
