Salary: 252,000 zł - 352,000 zł per year

What you will do
- Break down large projects into individual tasks and collaborate with the team to ensure timely delivery.
- Partner with product management, design, and analytics to articulate technical constraints and evaluate trade-offs.
- Maintain the operations and availability of team artifacts through monitoring metrics and on-call support.
- Contribute to the engineering community by participating in the interview process and growth activities.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a software engineer.
- Proficiency in Python or Kotlin.
- Experience with distributed systems, AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
- Ability to translate business scenarios into extensible, well-tested code.
- Experience debugging large codebases and performing technical code reviews.
- Must be based in Poland.
