What you will do

• Break down large projects into individual tasks and collaborate with the team to ensure timely delivery.
• Partner with product management, design, and analytics to articulate technical constraints and evaluate trade-offs.
• Maintain the operations and availability of team artifacts through monitoring metrics and on-call support.
• Contribute to the engineering community by participating in the interview process and growth activities.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Proficiency in Python or Kotlin.
• Experience with distributed systems, AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
• Ability to translate business scenarios into extensible, well-tested code.
• Experience debugging large codebases and performing technical code reviews.
• Must be based in Poland.
