What you will do

• Act as primary owner for Jira requests related to Workday, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
• Analyze, investigate, and resolve Workday incidents, collaborating with relevant teams.
• Perform deep-dive analysis to identify root causes and provide effective solutions.
• Manage stakeholder expectations with clear communication and prioritize requests.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations.
• Work with People Team to translate needs into system requirements and provide end-user training.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with Workday in functional or technical capacity.
• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot complex system issues.
• Experience managing Jira requests and working in agile framework.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive problem-solving in fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
