Location: Hybrid (Vilnius, Lithuania) — 3 days a week in the office

Salary: 2100-2400 EUR gross monthly

What you will do

• Perform account research on organizations seeking to use the product line.
• Vet and approve new client applications to act as a quality control gatekeeper.
• Set up new approved account applications across various platforms.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospects until account approval.
• Collaborate with Sales, Editorial, and Finance teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain SLAs and KPIs regarding account research and activation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a client-facing position.
• Experience in customer service within a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
