What you will do

• Own the end-to-end handling of finance-related seller inquiries, focusing on invoices, payments, and payouts.
• Investigate and resolve complex cases regarding commissions and wallet balances.
• Act as the primary point of contact for seller finance topics across internal Finance, Account Management, and Support teams.
• Develop and improve internal knowledge bases, templates, and case-handling logic.
• Identify recurring process gaps and root causes to suggest scalable improvements.
• Ensure high-quality and structured communication with sellers to resolve financial disputes.

Requirements

• Experience in Customer Support, Finance Operations, Payments, Billing, or Marketplace Operations.
• Strong written English skills are required for professional communication.
• High attention to detail and proficiency in working with financial data and numbers.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and take full ownership of complex, cross-functional cases.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple parallel inquiries efficiently.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Vilnius office due to the hybrid format.

Nice to have

• Practical experience with wallet-based systems, commissions, or payouts.
• Background in e-commerce, fintech, or marketplace environments.
• Knowledge of additional European languages.
