Salary: $192,000 - $252,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the design and development of enhancements for claims and payment processing systems.
• Develop system extensibility through an internally developed DSL and optimize data pipeline architecture.
• Selectively apply AI to automate processes and solve complex technical problems.
• Lead and mentor engineers to improve technology, apply best practices, and set team direction.
• Own the planning and execution of complex technical projects across multiple teams.
• Guide the development of Service-Level Objectives (SLOs) for critical systems.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading cross-pod or cross-company deliverables.
• 5+ years of experience mentoring junior engineers and enforcing standards for maintainable code.
• Must be based in Los Angeles, CA for a hybrid work schedule (3 days in-office).
