What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable VPS and hosting infrastructure supporting shared, VPS, and dedicated environments.
• Develop automation tooling for provisioning, monitoring, and orchestration using Python and Bash.
• Operate AI-enhanced hosting infrastructure focusing on anomaly detection, predictive monitoring, and AIOps tooling.
• Build systems for self-healing, auto-scaling, and intelligent optimization to create a self-aware platform.
• Optimize WordPress-specific hosting layers, including PHP-FPM, MySQL, and caching layers.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in hosting, infrastructure, or systems engineering.
• Deep expertise in Linux, VPS environments, and virtualization.
• Strong proficiency in scripting with Python and Bash.
• Experience with cloud platforms, containers, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of networking and performance optimization.
• Must be based in the United States.
