What you will do

• Design and maintain scalable and resilient systems for WordPress site operations.
• Automate manual processes to reduce toil and optimize infrastructure costs.
• Enhance system security, reliability, and observability through improved monitoring and alerting.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and define clear SLOs/SLIs.
• Collaborate with developers to build reliable services and participate in on-call rotations.
• Improve incident response and minimize system disruptions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Production Engineering.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, and/or Bash.
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with GCP or AWS and Kubernetes at scale.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and distributed systems.
• English: Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher required.

Nice to have

• Experience with observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and ELK.
• Familiarity with distributed tracing.
