What you will do

• Conduct material research across products to drive innovation in performance, comfort, color, and sustainability.
• Collaborate with ID/UX colleagues and external suppliers to deliver practical prototyping.
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive material database for future innovation.
• Gain experience in material innovation engineering and cross-functional cooperation.

Requirements

• BA or MA in Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of materials, including plastics, composites, and metals.
• Ability to conduct independent material R&D and share findings in a compelling way.
• Proactive personality with strong teamwork and communication skills.
