What you will do

• Support the documentation and organization of data, processes, and tools.
• Evaluate and improve current innovation workflows and systems.
• Plan and facilitate sessions, workshops, and interviews.
• Prepare weekly progress updates on project milestones.
• Coordinate team logistics, including meeting agendas and note-taking.
• Assist in budget tracking and the execution of the hirify.global Innovation Award.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled Master student in Computer Science, Engineering, Innovation Management, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of software engineering and process management.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
• Familiarity with data engineering tools.
• English: Fluency required (German is a plus).
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
