What you will do

• Own and lead the Group’s AI strategy and multi-year roadmap, translating ambitions into clear priorities and investment decisions.
• Identify and prioritize AI opportunities that create meaningful customer, colleague, and commercial value.
• Translate complex business challenges into defined AI use cases and scalable implementation plans.
• Drive organizational adoption by embedding new ways of working and capabilities across the business.
• Define and maintain success metrics to measure the impact and value realization of AI initiatives.
• Partner with senior leaders to ensure AI investments remain aligned with business priorities.

Requirements

• Experience leading large-scale strategic transformation or innovation programs in complex organizations.
• Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Proven ability to identify opportunities, build business cases, and prioritize investment.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working directly with senior leaders.
• Ability to bridge the gap between business, technology, and delivery teams to achieve common goals.
• Must be able to work within a hybrid model in Liverpool, UK.
