What you will do
- Lead month-end closing processes and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Manage group financial reporting and consolidation data via LucaNet.
- Coordinate statutory reporting and tax filings with external auditors and advisors.
- Oversee intercompany reconciliation and improve financial workflows.
- Drive the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for local operations.
- Develop the accounting team and partner with local and international leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a Big 4 firm.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365 or SAP.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and a process improvement mindset.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and PSAK.
Nice to have
- Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or chemical industries.
- Brevet A, B, and C certifications.
- CPA or equivalent certification.
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence.
