TL;DR

People & Culture Reporting & Analytics Lead (HR Analytics): Designing and delivering end-to-end P&C data products and semantic models to drive data-driven decision-making across global HR operations with an accent on data governance, privacy by design, and Power BI visualization. Focus on translating complex HR requirements into technical specifications and implementing AI/ML solutions for workforce planning.

Location: Hybrid (Kings Langley, UK) - must be on-site a minimum of 3 days per week

What you will do

  • Lead the technical delivery of P&C data sets from source systems (e.g., IFS) into Fabric, Azure, and Synapse.
  • Own the design of the certified semantic layer, including measuhirify.global, calculations, and role-based access.
  • Design and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards to monitor workforce trends and KPIs for senior leadership.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses and predictive modeling to support strategic workforce planning and organizational development.
  • Ensure global data governance, security, and compliance with international employment regulations and privacy laws.
  • Act as the central technical coordinator between P&C stewards, IT security, and the group data team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proven technical experience in P&C analytics, visualization, and data modeling using the Microsoft suite.
  • Extensive experience in data governance and management for global P&C data, focusing on security, privacy, and ethics.
  • Hands-on experience deploying AI/ML and Data Science for P&C applications.
  • Prior experience with P&C systems such as Cornerstone, IFS, Paylocity, or Cloud pay.
  • Must be based in the UK and able to work on-site in Kings Langley at least 3 days per week.
