What you will do

• Define and execute the vision for a search platform powering experiences across hirify.global.
• Own core search capabilities including ingestion, indexing, relevance, query semantics, and reliability.
• Lead at least one end-to-end search workflow connected to customer needs.
• Partner with Engineering and Design on architectural decisions balancing speed and scalability.
• Enable product teams to build search experiences faster via shared frameworks and tooling.
• Translate platform strategy into clear roadmaps and collaborate cross-functionally for performant search.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, including platform or foundational capabilities used by multiple teams.
• Direct search experience (AI-powered search is a strong plus).
• Strong technical fluency for partnering on system design, tradeoffs, sequencing, and maintainability.
• Curiosity and empathy for frontline users, grounded in real customer needs.
• Comfort in ambiguous environments, turning problems into strategy, roadmaps, and outcomes.
• Experience balancing user workflow validation with scalable foundations.
