What you will do

• Build and operate the full agent infrastructure stack: isolated dev environments, agent orchestration, and MCP tool registry for internal systems.
• Design and maintain reproducible developer environments ensuring identical dev, CI, and agent setups.
• Integrate agents with internal and external tooling for seamless triggering and context provision.
• Instrument agent runs with OpenTelemetry for traces of tool invocations, CI outcomes, and failure points.
• Establish standards for MCP tool development and agent configuration sharing across repos.
• Collaborate with product and platform teams through enablement, demos, and office hours to drive adoption.

Requirements

• 4+ years in platform development, developer experience, or infrastructure, with experience fixing inconsistent environments and flaky CI.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code, OpenCode, Cursor, or similar) and interest in agentic workflows.
• Strong knowledge of containerization (Docker, Dev Containers) and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or equivalent).
• Comfortable with Node.js, TypeScript, Python, or similar.
• Product mindset: building platforms with and for internal customers.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of LLM agent frameworks, MCP, or tool-use patterns.
• Shipped an agent integration to production.
