What you will do

• Plan and oversee internal audits across departments, operations, and subsidiaries.
• Lead audit preparation, documentation review, data analysis, and report writing using established methodologies.
• Execute risk-based audit plans aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.
• Evaluate internal controls and identify areas for operational improvement and efficiency.
• Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in Internal Audit.
• Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks (e.g., COSO, SOX) and industry standards.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Proficient in audit tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as CPA, CIA, CISA, CRMA, CFE, CQA, or ISO Lead Auditor.
• Knowledge of data analytics.
