What you will do

• Direct field work, update engagement leaders on status, and manage staff performance.
• Conduct audit tests to support opinions on fair representation of client financial statements.
• Develop self and others through coaching and engagement experiences.
• Maintain productive client relationships and provide consulting on accounting transactions.
• Review staff work product and performance.
• Deliver client support in virtual and hybrid settings.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• 4+ years public accounting with in-charge experience; 2+ years non-profit.
• Strong US GAAP and GAAS proficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements in fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, training, and communication skills.
• CPA certification or eligibility highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and audit software; comfort with hybrid work.
