What you will do

• Lead and develop the Not-for-profit Tax team.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with non-profit clients to address their unique needs.
• Ensure strict compliance with all relevant accounting standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Mentor and develop staff to enhance their professional growth and technical skills.
• Collaborate with other internal departments to provide comprehensive services to clients.
• Identify growth opportunities by staying current with industry trends and developments.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 15 years of technical experience in not-for-profit tax.
• CPA certification required.
• Strong history of business development and organizational growth.
• Deep knowledge of non-profit accounting standards and regulations.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
