What you will do

• Design and execute detailed test plans, user scenarios, and manual test cases for new and existing features.
• Identify, document, and track software defects with a high level of detail to ensure efficient resolution.
• Perform rigorous manual testing, including regression, smoke, sanity, and exploratory testing.
• Advocate for quality assurance principles throughout the SDLC and contribute to process improvement.
• Evaluate test results, generate quality metrics reports, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Manage intricate test environments and identify high-impact areas for automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM engineering discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• Strong understanding of QA principles, methodologies, and the software development lifecycle.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and create test cases when requirements are incomplete.
• Foundational technical knowledge of test environment setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
