Quality Assurance Engineer

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; hybrid work with at least 3 days per week in the office

Salary: €3,000–€3,500 gross per month, plus applicable short-term and long-term incentives.

What you will do

• Design, execute, and maintain test strategies and test cases across integrated systems and platforms.
• Lead integration and end-to-end testing across multiple products.
• Contribute to automated testing and CI/CD pipelines for reliable software releases.
• Identify, analyze, and track defects through resolution while supporting test data creation and management.
• Participate in requirements and design discussions and continuously improve QA processes.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts in agile, cross-functional environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 3 years of software quality assurance experience focused on test automation and integration testing.
• Hands-on experience with modern QA practices, including CI/CD and shift-left testing.
• Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language, such as Java or Python.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work from the Vilnius office at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience testing distributed systems or microservices.
• Background in financial services, trading, clearing, or post-trade systems.
• Experience applying AI or GenAI tools to QA and testing.
