What you will do

• Analyze customer claims and issues, prepare engineering reports, and present findings.
• Implement continuous improvement strategies in production to proactively address potential complaints.
• Update, revise, and create new product documentation.
• Conduct process audits, prepare reports, and track corrective actions.
• Participate in new product and process development team meetings to resolve quality issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in electronics.
• Strong technical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to learn new technology quickly.
