What you will do

• Serve as an escalation point for L1 engineers, managing end-user, server, and infrastructure issues.
• Support specialized legal workflows, including redlining, document comparison, and PDF metadata management.
• Own the creation and maintenance of team runbooks specific to legal client environments.
• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365/Azure environments.
• Utilize RMM tools for alerting, remote sessions, scripting, and basic automation.
• Triage high-urgency incidents tied to court deadlines and time-sensitive billing cycles.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in MSP or IT support, with at least 2 years at an L2 level.
• Prior experience supporting law firm clients or working in a legal IT role.
• Familiarity with legal platforms such as Clio, MyCase, Filevine, iManage, NetDocuments, Worldox, Time Matters, or ProLaw.
• Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Server 2016/2022, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365/Azure administration.
• Hands-on experience with RMM platforms (e.g., ConnectWise Automate, NinjaRMM, Auvik).
• Strong written communication skills for creating technical documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience with PSA toolsets like ConnectWise Manage.
• Exposure to endpoint security tools such as SentinelOne, Huntress, or ThreatLocker.
• Certifications: Microsoft 365, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or Cisco.
