What you will do

• Manage daily security operations, staffing, scheduling, and deployment for all shifts, peak events, and non-operational hours.
• Lead, coach, and develop security team members through hiring, training, performance management, and operational audits.
• Lead incident response, act as duty manager for emergencies, and coordinate cross-functional efforts.
• Oversee access control, screening, compliance with UK legislation like Protect Duty, and analyze incident data for improvements.
• Liaise with UK law enforcement, emergency services, and vendors for intelligence sharing and event security.
• Plan security for events, ingress/egress, and crowd management while ensuring guest-focused environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or related field preferred. Must possess or attain UK/internationally recognised security accreditation and SIA licensing.
• Experience in security or law enforcement with supervisory/leadership roles in public venues or theme parks.
• Knowledge of UK security practices, threat landscape, and public venue safety requirements.
• Experience with CCTV, access control, and security systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and computer literacy skills.
• Must participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities.
