What you will do

• Devise and deliver KISS Breakfast content strategy in partnership with Director and Deputy Director of Content.
• Lead, develop and manage team of producers and presenters to meet brand standards and national broadcast quality.
• Drive forward planning, audience engagement, and fame-driving content including high-profile guests.
• Collaborate with social and video teams to extend content beyond audio.
• Ensure compliance with Ofcom Broadcasting Code and manage contest execution.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of KISS brand, music and 15–34 audience.
• Significant experience with high-profile national broadcast talent, agents and complex diaries.
• Proven track record producing competitive national content and leading senior broadcast talent.
• Excellent leadership, planning, Ofcom regulations knowledge, and live broadcast operation skills.
• Proficiency in station playout, audio editing, PowerPoint and Excel.
