Senior Consultant Test Automation Engineer (UI and service automation): Designing, developing, and maintaining automated test cases for client projects while improving test coverage and software quality with an accent on test tool evaluation, customised automation concepts, and client consulting. Focus on analysing test results, mentoring testers, coordinating automation activities, and leading test automation engineering work.
Location: Remote in Germany; office options in Berlin, Cologne, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Görlitz, Hamburg, or Munich

What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain automated UI and service test cases within client tool ecosystems.
- Execute tests, analyse results, and continuously improve test coverage and software quality.
- Evaluate testing tools and select suitable test automation solutions for each project.
- Develop customised test automation concepts to optimise client project delivery.
- Mentor and coordinate other testers while acting as a Lead Test Automation Engineer.
Requirements
- Six years of software testing experience, ideally focused on automated testing.
- Advanced experience with TOSCA, Selenium, SoapUI, Ranorex, or similar automation and testing platforms.
- Programming experience with Java, C#, C++, Groovy Script, or equivalent technologies.
- Business-fluent German at C1 level is required.
- ISTQB certification is required.
- Willingness to travel regularly for business trips.
