Influencer Marketing Manager (Junior / Trainee, iGaming)
Hustla Agency is an influence marketing agency in the iGaming space.
We don’t sell reach — we build systems that drive deposits through influencers.
We operate across global markets (Tier 1–3) and launch campaigns via TikTok, Reels, UGC, and long-term partnerships.
We’re currently looking for someone we can train from scratch and quickly bring into real campaigns.
What you’ll be doing:
• sourcing and selecting influencers across different GEOs
• negotiating placements and collaborations
• launching integrations (TikTok / Reels / Stories)
• managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
analyzing performance (clicks, registrations, deposits)
• testing hypotheses and scaling winning setups
Who we’re looking for:
No experience is required — but you need the right mindset.
Important:
• fast learner with strong thinking skills
• comfortable working with numbers and analytics
• result-driven, not time-driven
okay with rejection and negotiations
• English is a plus
Big plus:
• interest in iGaming / crypto / affiliate marketing
• experience communicating with creators or in sales

Conditions:

• compensation: % of commission (20%)
