Test Lead (QA)

What you will do

• Draft overall testing strategies, including unit tests, integration tests, and organization of campaigns.
• Identify and manage prerequisites such as test data and environments.
• Estimate test load and execute sprint tests.
• Support and guide employees in charge of test automation.
• Manage the QA team, including planning, follow-up, and reporting.
• Supervise end-to-end system quality and escalate project/product risks to Project Management.

Requirements

• Must be based in France
• Solid experience in Agile methodologies.
• ISTQB Foundation certification.
• Strong technical background and confidence in leadership and interpersonal skills.
• High level of autonomy and a natural talent for teaching.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills.

Nice to have

• ISTQB Advanced certification.
