TL;DR
Test Lead (Software Testing): Defining testing strategies and coordinating QA activities for client software, systems, and applications with an accent on Agile testing, test environments, and quality management. Focus on leading QA teams, supporting test automation, executing sprint tests, and escalating project risks.

Location: France; flexible remote work options available.

What you will do

  • Draft overall testing strategies covering unit tests, integration tests, and test campaigns.
  • Identify and manage test prerequisites, including data and environments.
  • Estimate testing effort and write and execute sprint tests.
  • Support employees responsible for test automation.
  • Manage the QA team through planning, follow-up, and reporting.
  • Supervise end-to-end system quality and escalate project or product risks to Project Management.

Requirements

  • Solid experience with Agile methodologies.
  • ISTQB Foundation certification; Advanced certification is a plus.
  • Strong technical background in software testing.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills to guide a team.
  • Autonomy, teaching ability, and strong analytical and synthesis skills.
