What you will do

• Complete a 3-month structured training program covering Agentic AI fundamentals and AI-assisted engineering workflows.
• Configure and adapt agentic workflows under the guidance of mentors to improve project delivery.
• Automate repetitive tasks to enhance efficiency and decision-making across the delivery lifecycle.
• Collaborate with existing delivery and engineering teams to pragmatically adopt AI automation.
• Share learned best practices and AI-assisted delivery insights across different projects and functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed or near completion) in Informatics, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Mathematics, Physics, or similar analytical disciplines.
• Basic programming literacy, preferably in Python, at an academic or beginner level.
• Basic understanding of logic flows, including conditions, loops, and functions.
• Less than 1 year of professional experience in IT.
• Motivation for international projects and willingness to travel.
• Strong analytical mindset and eagerness to learn emerging technologies.

Nice to have

• Academic or self-learning exposure to Python scripting, data handling, and workflow automation.
• Interest in working with complex multidisciplinary systems.
