• Build and operate Generative AI products.
• Design and improve Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
• Develop high-performance backend services using Python, FastAPI, and Flask.
• Collaborate with diverse national and international partners through a consultancy model.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Python development.
• Experience building and operating GenAI products.
• Ability to design and improve RAG systems.
• English and Portuguese proficiency level B2 or higher.
• Availability for hybrid work in Coimbra (1 day per week in office).
• Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit.
