What you will do

• Process vendor invoices and customer payments independently.
• Create Purchase Orders (PO) in the ERP system.
• Reconcile accounts payable/receivable ledgers and generate financial statements.
• Detect and address billing discrepancies and potential fraud.
• Support internal audits by providing necessary documentation.
• Train and mentor new team members on daily operational processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in an Accounts Payable role.
• Fluency in English and Italian is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with SaaS billing models and subscription renewals.
