What you will do

• Perform in-depth credit investigations and risk assessments for non-standard applications.
• Manage high-value or complex customer accounts and address billing issues.
• Develop strategies for collecting overdue accounts and lead collections projects.
• Prepare financial reports, credit analyses, and optimize billing/collections processes.
• Act as point of contact for escalated issues and ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English and Italian
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to take initiative, prioritize, problem-solve, and work under deadlines.
• Previous experience in financial field is a plus.
